Philosophy

 Truth is the original idea. Your ideas are the foundation for everything in your life. Your ideas produce your belief, which leads to your convictions and your belief system becomes your philosophy. Without a belief system, your ideas will be wrong. Everything begins with your belief system. Your belief system comes from your ideas that you have accepted as truth. It's not what you know that is very important, what's more important is whether what you know is true. 

Philosophy means your way of thinking. Your mentality. If your philosophy is wrong then everything that you hear, see and experience will go through that system and whatever comes out is your lifestyle. What I am here to do is to challenge your philosophy concerning God, the kingdom, and your theological system. Your philosophy is your mentality, it forms your intentions, beliefs, desires, and emotions. 

When you shut the door on your belief system you stop growing and a system that is shut down the bible calls it a stronghold. 

The truth is you will only change when your belief system changes. You come to this opportunity hopefully to do the most frightening thing in the world and that is to question your own belief system. None of us would like to admit that we were wrong. It's very difficult for a human. No human wants to disagree with themselves, our pride is so thick that even when our ignorance is exposed, will defend it. We prefer to die in our stupidity than to swallow our pride and change our minds. You cannot live beyond your philosophy. Your philosophy becomes your life, and you will change when your philosophy changes. 

So, you ask me how do I change my philosophy. We must change the very foundation of our thoughts. 

Let's look at the first public statement of Jesus found in Matthew 4:17 let's remember he is introducing himself to the world. His first word is Repent. The word Repent is not an attack on your spirit, he attacks the mind first. The word Repent means to change the way you been conditioned to think. Change your thinking. Change your mind. Repent is an attack on your philosophy and your belief system. 

When I am talking about the kingdom of God and philosophy we are talking about your system of thinking. Nothing is as powerful as your philosophy. Your philosophy is the source of your thoughts and your ideas. Your thoughts control your world, you learn from your thoughts, you believe your thoughts, you live your thoughts and therefore you become your thoughts. This is the danger of philosophy. 

You will never change until your mind changes. You need a mind transplant. When the word heart is mentioned in the bible, 99 percent of the time it's referring to your mind. For as man thinks in his heart (mind), so is he. - Proverbs 23:7 

I am here to teach you the original idea, the kingdom. So, because of my philosophy of the kingdom everything that you hear, you put it into that system. Your philosophy becomes the process through which everything passes. When it comes out that becomes your perspective, your idea, your belief system. 

I leave you with this if your philosophy is contaminated then your entire life is contaminated.
